Phillip Langston, PE, PMP, currently serves as Supervisor Engineering - P&C and Lead P&C Engineer at Qualus since April 2023, overseeing project designs and mentoring junior associates while enhancing project efficiency. Previously, Phillip held the position of Project Manager at Mesa Associates, Inc. from January 2022 to April 2023, coordinating project development and schedules. Prior experience includes serving as Engineer IV - P&C Lead at Commonwealth Associates, Inc. and engaging in various roles at Mesa Associates, Inc. for over two decades, where responsibilities encompassed managing multidisciplinary teams, preparing project estimates, and developing power system protection designs. Education includes a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
