Ashley Moll

Ashley Moll has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Ashley'smost recent role is as the COO at Quan Media Group, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to that, they served as Business Director at the same company from September 2020 to January 2023.

Before joining Quan Media Group, Ashley pursued a Spanish Language Sabbatical at Inhispania from June 2018 to August 2020, where they achieved full conversational fluency and obtained DELE Level C1.

Prior to RapportWW, Ashley held the position of Associate Media Director at the same company from June 2013 to March 2017. In this role, they played a key role in winning and onboarding Mullen and Hill Holiday agencies, while also being responsible for 25% of all billing in North America. Ashley managed a team of 6 and was involved in day-to-day strategic planning and execution.

Earlier in their career, Ashley worked as an Account Executive at OAG from May 2011 to June 2013. Ashley managed client relationships for key Fortune 500 accounts and successfully oversaw Invega Sustena's first OOH strategy, resulting in a significant increase in awareness. Ashley also secured eight new clients in 2013 through agency relationships.

Ashley started their career as an Account Executive at Kinetic Worldwide from August 2010 to May 2011. Prior to that, they served as a Jr. Account Executive at the same company from January 2009 to August 2010.

Ashley'sfirst professional role was as a Marketing Associate at Direction Tour Marketing and Promotion from 2005 to 2008.
