Brian Pohl

Brian Pohl is a seasoned data engineering professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Data Engineer at Quanata, Brian is responsible for maintaining services, APIs, and real-time data pipelines. Prior to this, Brian held the position of Principal Data Engineer at Plunk, where responsibilities included designing data architectures, implementing orchestration with Dagster, and automating data workflows. Brian's experience at Convoy Inc. involved both senior and mid-level data engineering roles, focusing on ETL pipeline health and security models. Earlier positions include leadership in data platforms at Decisive Data and marketing roles at Bill4Time, Kidder Mathews, and Firewall Capital Management.
