Callum Brook

Callum Brook has a diverse work experience in the insurance and technology sectors. Callum worked at Quanata as the Head of Global Insurance Partnerships, where they managed partnerships and developed insurance platforms. Prior to that, they served as the VP of Insurance Solutions and Director of Insurance Product at HiRoad, where they focused on digital innovation and data science in the insurance industry. Callum also worked at AMP, where they held the positions of Head of Product, Head of Operations - Wealth Management Products, and Head of Business Operations - AMP Wealth Protection Products. Additionally, Callum has experience at Zurich Financial Services Australia, where they worked as a Product Manager and Project Manager, leading a significant project introducing tele-underwriting services. Currently, they are the Managing Director at Terrace Consulting Pty/Ltd.

Callum Brook completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Business Strategy, Innovation and Leadership from AGSM @ UNSW Business School in 2012. In 2015, they participated in a short-course on Human Centered Design, Design-Thinking & Innovation conducted by LUMA Institute. Prior to this, they obtained a Graduate Diploma in Project Management from the University of Technology Sydney in 2005. Their undergraduate degree was a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology & Biochemistry from the University of Sydney, which they completed in 2002.
