Charles Hoppesch

Charles Hoppesch, P.E., is a seasoned Project Engineer and Principal at Quandel Consultants, LLC, with a robust background in civil engineering and project management. Since August 2012, Charles has led projects including the construction of a tunnel boring machine launch area for the Toronto Transit Commission and the development of light rail stations. Previous experience at Parsons Brinckerhoff involved creating cost estimates, improving intermodal accessibility, and coordinating on various transportation projects. Charles also held positions at AECOM, Michigan Technological University, and GENERAL MOTORS CORPORATION, accumulating diverse experience in engineering and management. Charles earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
