Jackie Goins

Jackie Goins is an experienced Project Administrator with a strong background in construction project management. Currently at Quandel Construction Group, Inc. since April 2019, Jackie oversees the completion of Subcontracts and Change Orders, ensuring timely documentation from subcontractors and suppliers. Previous roles include Project Administrator positions at Master Mechanical Construction and Helix Electric, where responsibilities included bid preparation and project-related reporting, respectively. Jackie began a career in administration with The Truland Group Inc., supporting the Purchasing department and managing logistical tasks. Jackie holds an Associate's degree in Education from Lackawanna College.
