Niccolo Somaschi

Niccolo Somaschi is the Co-founder & Chief Executive Officer of Quandela, where Niccolo focuses on developing quantum technologies for various applications. With a background in physics and a PhD in semiconductor photonics and nanostructured materials, Niccolo has worked on the development of solid-state quantum light sources and hybrid organic-inorganic light emitting diodes. Prior to Quandela, Niccolo was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at CNRS and a PhD researcher at the Foundation for Research and Technology - Hellas (FORTH) Institute of Electronic Structure & Laser.
