Babak Shirvani

Babak Shirvani has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Babak started working at Sherweb in 2019, where they held various roles. As an M365 Business Technical Advisor, they provided technical support to clients and helped with deploying various Microsoft services. Babak then moved on to become an M365 Premier Technical Advisor IV, where they continued to provide technical support, analyze and solve technical problems, and mentor new employees. During this time, they gained experience in PowerShell scripting and troubleshooting hosted software. Later, Babak took on the role of M365 Enterprise Technical Lead at Sherweb, where they supervised and managed daily team operations and handled resource management and escalations. In 2021, they joined Quandri as a Software Engineer.

Babak Shirvani completed their Master of Engineering degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Concordia University between 2016 and 2019. In 2021, they acquired a Diploma in Full Stack Web Development from Lighthouse Labs. Furthermore, they obtained several certifications, including "Docker Essentials: A Developer Introduction" from IBM in May 2022, "Security in Office 365" from Microsoft in February 2020, "IT Support: Troubleshooting" from Microsoft in July 2019, "Git Essential Training" from LinkedIn in April 2019, and "Learning Git and GitHub" from LinkedIn in April 2019.
