Melissa Monchilovich

Melissa Monchilovich has over 25 years of experience in account management and customer service, currently serving as the Luck Moulding Account Manager and Promotional Manager of Wood Products at Quanex Building Products Corporation since 1996. In this role, Melissa focuses on maintaining customer relationships, preparing product proposals, and implementing new processes to meet customer needs. Previous experience includes serving as an Account Representative at Homeshield Colonial Craft, where responsibilities involved vendor managed inventory and customer interactions, and as an Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Representative at Colonial Craft. Early career experience includes working as a Software Design Tester at Telecom New Zealand, testing and debugging marketing software.
