Luke Riley

Luke Riley is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in distributed ledger technology and innovation. Currently serving as the Head of Innovation at Quant since September 2019, Luke leads the R&D team focused on enhancing the Overledger API gateway for improved interoperability between distributed ledgers. Additionally, Luke has held positions such as Module Leader for the Distributed Ledger Technology & Cryptocurrency course at King's College London in 2023 and previously co-led the same module from 2017 to 2020, contributing to the development of educational content. Prior experience includes serving as a Distributed Ledger Technology Adviser and Chief Technical Officer at RESILIENCE PARTNERS LIMITED, where Luke was responsible for strategic deployment and technical development of blockchain applications. Luke's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Computer Science and a BSc in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Liverpool.
