Steve Evans

Steve Evans is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and development with a robust career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Global Talent Acquisition and Development Manager at Quanta Dialysis Technologies since September 2020, Evans leads a worldwide team focused on strategic recruitment and talent sourcing to support organizational growth. Previously, at JAM Recruitment from June 2003 to August 2020, Evans held several key roles, including RPO Accounts Manager, where leadership was provided in delivering recruitment process outsourcing services to top-tier clients in the Medical Devices, Defence, and Aerospace sectors. Evans also contributed as Academy Manager, facilitating training for new recruits, and held various other managerial positions that emphasized recruitment and team leadership.
