Debra Bittick

Debra Bittick has a strong background in finance and accounting, with over 15 years of experience in director-level roles. Debra started their career at Halliburton in 1995, where they were responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting operations. During their time at Halliburton, they implemented reporting systems for a new global business unit and ensured consistency in cost recovery methods and productivity ratios across offices. In 2003, they joined KBR as the Director of Accounting and Finance in the Hydrocarbon Business Group. In this role, they developed cost recovery metrics, led client rate audits, and successfully negotiated annual recovery rates with Chevron. Most recently, Debra has been working at Quanta Services since 2010 as the Director of Corporate Services - JDE.

Debra Bittick earned a BBA degree in Accounting from the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business between 1973 and 1977.
