Kevin Hopper

Kevin Hopper currently serves as the Vice President of Commercial Operations at Quanta Services, Inc., starting in January 2024. Prior to this role, Kevin was a Senior Project Engineer at Toth and Associates, Inc. from April 2018 to January 2024, contributing to a full-service consulting firm. Kevin's previous experience includes serving as President of South Central MCN, LLC from December 2015 to April 2018, managing municipal and electric cooperative partnerships in the Southwest Power Pool area. Additionally, Kevin held the position of Manager of Transmission Planning at Associated Electric Cooperative from May 2008 to December 2015, and was the Chief Operating Officer at Sho-Me Power Electric Cooperative for over two decades. Kevin's career began with an internship at Sho-Me Power Electric Cooperative from 1981 to 1984. Kevin holds an MBA from Drury University and a BSEE with a minor in Computer Science from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
