Remus Miclea

Remus Miclea began their work experience in 1993 as a Co-Founder and Software Developer Engineer at Dapredi Soft Systems. Remus then worked as a Software Developer Engineer at Uniquare from 2001 to 2002. In 2002, they joined Microsoft as a Software Developer Engineer and worked on various projects, including identifying and fixing bottlenecks in testing methods. In 2017, they joined Xome as a Sr. Principal Data Engineer and remained there until 2020. During their time there, they also worked at Quantarium in various engineering roles starting from 2020. Since 2014, Remus has been self-employed as a Data Scientist, where they developed a framework for testing financial trading systems and performed data analysis using Perl and R. Additionally, they have also participated in the Super Trader Program at The Van Tharp Institute from 2013 to 2020, progressing through levels 1 to 3.

Remus Miclea completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Science from Universitatea “Politehnica” din Timișoara from 1992 to 1997. Remus also obtained a certification in Data Analysis and Statistical Inference from Coursera Verified Certificates in May 2015. In addition, from 2008 to 2010, they attended Nouveau Riche, but no degree or field of study information is provided for this period.
