Remus Miclea began their work experience in 1993 as a Co-Founder and Software Developer Engineer at Dapredi Soft Systems. Remus then worked as a Software Developer Engineer at Uniquare from 2001 to 2002. In 2002, they joined Microsoft as a Software Developer Engineer and worked on various projects, including identifying and fixing bottlenecks in testing methods. In 2017, they joined Xome as a Sr. Principal Data Engineer and remained there until 2020. During their time there, they also worked at Quantarium in various engineering roles starting from 2020.
