Philip V. Mclaughlin

Phil McLaughlin is a seasoned IT leader with more than 30 years of experience in the design, development, deployment, and operations of sophisticated software applications, largely in the financial services sector.

Before joining QuantaVerse, Phil held a number of CIO and senior IT leadership roles. He was CIO of PayChoice and president of its software division, responsible for application development, IT operations, sales, and support for its SaaS and traditional payroll and employee management solutions.

Prior to PayChoice, he was divisional CIO for CheckFree Investment Services, leading a variety of application development teams to enhance portfolio accounting solutions. Before that he also served as line of business CIO role at PFPC, a division of PNC Bank; principal at the Vanguard Group, responsible for its internet solutions; and held a variety of roles at General Electric/Lockheed Martin. Phil is a Cum Laude graduate of Villanova University, where he received a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
