Erica Bell

Erica joined Quanterix in 2022 and brings 25+ years of HR experience. As a strategic HR leader, Erica has been recognized for her contributions in building best–in–class organizations, with expertise in Change Management and International HR. She has created global organizations as well as developed and integrated corporate cultures. Her view of HR is a strategic partner critical to the fulfillment of the corporate mission & vision. Erica has proven success in delivering results in organizations confronting significant change. Most recently, Erica was the SVP, Chief People Officer at BICO, a bio-convergence company. In this role, Erica focused on enhancing the company’s Total Rewards, Learning & Development and Culture initiatives, while partnering with the BICO leadership team and subsidiary companies to enhance their overall HR framework. Prior to this role, Erica was at GE for 17 years where she held different leadership roles across varied industries.

Erica holds a Master of Management from Cambridge College and earned a Graduate Certificate in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution. She also holds a BS in Sociology and Communications.
