Kishore Malyavantham, Ph.D. has a diverse work experience spanning various research and development roles. Starting from 2000, they worked as a Research Associate and later as a Post-Doctoral Research Associate at the State University of New York at Buffalo until 2008. From 2008 to 2013, they served as the Director of Science and Technology at Immco Diagnostics. Kishore then moved on to Trinity Biotech where they were the Director of R&D, responsible for product development and commercialization of new bio-markers and immuno-assay technologies until 2018. Subsequently, from 2018 to 2021, they held the position of Director of Research and Development at Inova Diagnostics. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Research & Development (Reagents) at Quanterix since 2021, and had previously held the position of Senior Director, Assay Development and Clinical Services from 2021 to 2023. Throughout their career, Kishore has demonstrated expertise in multi-dimensional confocal imaging, live cell microscopy, high content image analysis, and the design and development of immunoassays.

Kishore Malyavantham, Ph.D., holds a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Microbiology and Chemistry from Osmania University, which they completed from 1995 to 1998. Kishore then pursued an MS in Biotechnology & Genetic Engineering at Madurai Kamaraj University from 1998 to 2000. Finally, they obtained a Ph.D. in Cell and Molecular Biology from the University at Buffalo from 2000 to 2007.
