Jay Gupta

Jay Gupta serves as the Global Head of Industry Solutions - TMT at Quantexa, contributing to the product leadership team and focusing on AI and data analytics solutions. Previously, Jay was the Global Senior Director of Product Marketing for AI, Automation & Analytics at Talkdesk, where the CX software achieved significant market recognition. Additional experience includes leading global product marketing at Arelion, interim business development and marketing at Nomios, and consulting for start-ups in digital products. Jay also held a pivotal role in global product development and strategy at Telenor, as well as strategic sales at IDT Corporation in emerging markets. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Information Systems and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics for Business, along with executive programs at INSEAD and Imperial College Business School.
