Timothy Malcolm is an independent consultant with expertise in Aerospace and Military components, specializing in semiconductors, ASICs, Electro-Optical devices, radiation, EMI/EMC/EMP, Optical Encoders, servo accelerometers, space and military mechanisms, and reliability. Prior to this role, Timothy served as the Chief Scientist at BEI Precision Systems and Space Company.
