Boris Feinstein

Boris Feinstein currently serves as the Head of Finance at Quantic Electronics, where responsibilities include partnering with executive leadership to oversee financial operations related to the development of high energy components for defense, aerospace, medical devices, and energy applications. Previously, Boris held the position of Head of Finance at QinetiQ US, leading financial operations to support growth and margin expansion. Boris's experience also includes serving as Sr. Director of Division Financial Planning & Analysis at Wolters Kluwer Health, Director of Finance and Accounting at Cobham Electrical and Electronic Equipment, Senior Manager of Finance at Raytheon, and Finance Manager at Northrop Grumman, where a solid foundation in financial leadership and strategic planning was established. Boris holds an MBA in Accounting from Loyola University Maryland and a BS in Finance from the University of Baltimore.
