Monica Paula Ribeiro Justus has a diverse work experience in different roles and industries. Monica Paula started their career as an Intern at Rhodia Poliamida e Especialidades Ltda., where they were involved in R&D work related to materials and corrosion. Monica Paula then joined Renault do Brasil as an Intern in product engineering, where they assisted in managing ongoing projects. Later, at Renault do Brasil - Exatacom, Monica worked as a Project Analyst, responsible for ensuring the performance of various automotive processes and managing new projects.
