Scott Smith

Scott Smith is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in executive roles within the tech industry. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Quantified.ai since September 2024, Scott previously held the CTO position at Degreed and played a pivotal role in the integration of Learn In into Degreed after its acquisition. As the CTO of Learn In from February 2021 to January 2023, Scott was instrumental in aligning technology initiatives with business goals. Scott's career includes significant advancements at Degreed, where Scott scaled the engineering team as VP of Engineering, and foundational roles at Algolia and Front Porch, Inc. Additionally, Scott is known for mentoring engineering leaders through volunteer initiatives at Plato.
