Taylor Bornman

Taylor Bornman is a Software Assurance Engineer at Axient, focusing on software insight for NASA’s Extravehicular Activity and Human Surface Mobility Program since February 2023. Responsibilities include monitoring the safety, reliability, and quality of software-related activities while ensuring compliance with NASA's policies and standards. Previously, Taylor served as a Senior AFIS Operator for the City of Shreveport, assisting criminal justice agencies by comparing tenprint data and operating telecommunication systems. In early 2021, Taylor completed an internship as a Striker Airman Coder with the Air Force Global Strike Command, developing testing code for mobile and web applications. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a concentration in Software Development from LSU Shreveport and an ongoing Associate of Science in Engineering at Bossier Parish Community College.
