David Wu

David Wu started their work experience as a Retail Sales Consultant at Optus in March 2019. David then progressed to become a Technical Specialist at the NSW Flagship Store, where they served as an in-store expert for technology and network inquiries and provided advisory support for customer service. In November 2021, David became an Assistant Store Manager at the same store, taking on responsibilities such as coaching and training consultants on sales and service, and spearheading in-store servicing processes and store sales development. David received the second-highest performance review grade for exceeding KPIs and embodying Optus Core Values. David Wu joined Quantium as a Graduate Software Engineer in February 2022 and transitioned to the role of Software Engineer in February 2023.

David Wu completed their education at the University of New South Wales (UNSW) from 2018 to 2021, where they pursued a Combined Degree of Computer Science and Commerce. Prior to that, they attended The Armidale School from 2011 to 2017. No specific degree or field of study was mentioned during their time at The Armidale School.
