Dan Doran

Dan D. is a seasoned merger and acquisition professional with a robust background in the lower middle market, currently serving as Founder at Quantive since January 2011, focusing on both sell-side and buy-side mandates. Previously, Dan D. founded Value Scout, a SaaS application for exit planning and value creation strategies, from January 2020 to August 2023. Prior roles include Managing Partner at Clear Rock, specializing in exit and growth strategies, and Vice President at B-tec Solutions, where Dan D. was involved in turnaround processes. Earlier experience includes auditing at GE Power Systems and military service as Captain in the US Army, following graduation from the United States Military Academy at West Point with a B.S. degree.
