Rafi Dvir

Rafi Dvir has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Rafi is currently the VP R&D at QuantLR since June 2023, where they are responsible for leading research and development activities. Prior to that, they were an R&D Manager at the same company starting from March 2021. From June 2020 to March 2021, Rafi worked as a Senior Hardware Engineer at Cisco. Before Cisco, they were the Electronic Group Manager at V-Gen (Spectra-Physics Tel-Aviv) from February 2016 to June 2020. In November 2015, they briefly served as a Project Leader at Effdon Networks Ltd. Rafi also has extensive experience at civcom, where they worked as a Team & Project Leader for Tunable optical Transponders from May 2007 to September 2015. Rafi started their career in 2000 as an Analog Engineer at civcom xlight, designing fast tunable laser circuitry and power supply circuits.

Rafi Dvir attended Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering and physics.
