Daria Galaktionova is a strategic and innovative business leader with over a decade of progressive Human Resources and Recruitment experience in technology and global environments and is recognized for her impressive track record of driving high employee engagement and managing organizational growth and change.

As Head of HR and Talent Acquisition at Quantori, Daria is responsible for leading the Company’s global HR and Recruitment strategy, in addition to heading up cross-functional HR projects, optimizing internal processes and providing HR guidance and talent advice. She manages all facets of global talent acquisition activities and hiring, and in doing so, has created a strong team of professional recruiters which have helped Quantori grow by over 1000% in just two years. Daria is a huge proponent of professional development and mentorship which help her team succeed in securing top talent to innovate solutions for Quantori's life science and healthcare clients. She is instrumental in developing the award-winning Quantori Academy, a program which provides learning opportunities for both current and prospective employees to nurture and retain top talent in data science and engineering.

Prior to joining Quantori, Daria served as the Recruitment Lead and Human Resources Manager at DataArt, a global software engineering firm. In these roles, Daria managed the recruitment team, coordinated the international talent acquisition education process, and launched the successful DataArt IT Schools. In addition, Daria was responsible for global recruitment processes optimization, onboarding, and adaptation process automation. Previously Daria served as a Human Resources consultant in the banking and financial services industry.
