Paras Kumar Jain

A Fellow Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Paras Jain has had a stellar career spanning over two decades, a major part of which has been with the Pokarna Group. Prior to becoming CEO in 2019, he served as Chief Operating Officer and is credited for leading transformational change at Pokarna by rebooting strategy, organisation, culture and people. As CEO, Paras is responsible for ensuring that Pokarna is a not just a company but a powerful asset for all its stakeholders – employees, customers, suppliers, shareholders and communities. He brings his years of leadership experience with proven capabilities in full-cycle profit-and-loss financial management, operations excellence and strategy execution through methodical business and culture transformation.
