Buddhika Nuwan Gardiarachchi began their career in 2007 as Manager Telephony Operations at Quantrax Corporation Inc., where they also held the roles of Dialer Management Lead, Software Support - Dialer & Technical, and System Operator. In the same year, they also began working as Operational & Support staff at Q Excess (PVT) Ltd.

Buddhika Nuwan Gardiarachchi attended Trinity College in Kandy, Sri Lanka.
