Gokhan J Kisacikoglu

Gokhan J Kisacikoglu has worked in various fields since 1993. Gokhan J started their career as a Technical Director at the Scientific & Technological Reseach Council of Turkey (TUBITAK). Gokhan J then moved to Cinesite as a Senior Technical Director, where they developed volume shading and rendering methods. In 1999, Gokhan J Kisacikoglu joined Sony Pictures Imageworks as a VFX Developer, where they developed a particle-based viscoelastic fluid simulator. Gokhan J then moved to Centropolis Effects as a Senior Visual Effects Developer. In 2002, they joined DreamWorks Animation as a Senior Visual Effects Developer, where they developed a patented new feather system. In 2006, Gokhan J Kisacikoglu became a Quantitative Developer and Managing Director at Quantum Growth Partners, where they developed risk management models with derivative overlays. In 2009, they moved to Quants Equity Partners as a Quantitative Developer and Managing Director, and in 2010, they became the CEO and CIO at Quants, Inc. where they were mainly dedicated to the development of strategic alternative and smart beta investment portfolios with derivative overlays for institutional investors.

Gokhan J Kisacikoglu received a BS in Civil Engineering from Middle East Technical University between 1992 and 1996. Gokhan J also obtained a Diploma in Math & Science from Lycée Tevfik Fikret, Ankara between 1985 and 1991. In 2010, they obtained a Series 65 - Investment Adviser Representative certification from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in May, and a Series 3, 30 - Futures Broker and Branch Principal certification from the National Futures Association in February.
