Simon Birney

Simon Birney is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. As Managing Director at NG-IT since October 2012, Simon focuses on delivering next-generation private and hybrid cloud solutions. Additionally, Simon serves as an Advisory Board Member at Quantum Base and as Owner of Encompaas, a company dedicated to creating software that facilitates business growth. In parallel, Simon has contributed to The Bugatti100p Project as Commercial Director, overseeing the ambitious goal of building and flying a reproduction of the historic Bugatti 100P airplane. Prior roles include Sales and Marketing Director at Awareness Technologies and Business Development Director at ANS Group plc. Simon's career in sales and business development began at Alpha, where a decade of service culminated in the role of Sales Director.
