Magalie Fogaras

Magalie Fogaras has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Magalie has recently worked at Quantum Delta NL as an Interim People Lead, where they played a crucial role in strengthening the Dutch quantum ecosystem. Prior to that, Magalie took a break for pregnancy and maternity leave in 2020. Before that, they worked as an Interim HR Business Partner at Van Lanschot Kempen and as an Interim Senior HR BP and Change Consultant at Rabobank.

Magalie has also worked at KPN for a significant amount of time, holding various roles such as Director of HR Consumer Operations, Director of HR Consumer Market, and Program Manager. Magalie has extensive experience as an HR Business Partner and Corporate Recruiter at KPN as well. Earlier in their career, Magalie worked as a Recruiter at Randstad (Callflex, Search & Selection) and as a Student at VU University Amsterdam, where they obtained a Master's degree in Culture Organisation and Management. Overall, Magalie brings a wealth of experience in HR and organizational management.

Magalie Fogaras completed a Fieldguide course level 1 at Eco Training SA in 2014. From 2004 to 2008, they pursued a Master's degree in Culture Organisation Management at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam). Prior to that, from 2000 to 2004, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (HRM) / Personeel en Arbeid from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht).
