Dean Varley

Dean Varley has a strong background in executive management and operations, with experience in various industries. Dean is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Quantum Fuel Systems LLC since March 2022. Prior to that, they were the President and CEO of KSR International Inc. from February 2021, and also held the position of Chief Operating Officer starting from December 2020. Their role as Vice President and General Manager at The Woodbridge Group lasted from September 2016 to December 2020. Before that, they worked at Certus automotive as an Operations professional from December 2013 to December 2020. Dean Varley also worked as a Management Consultant at Intertec Systems (JCI/INOAC joint venture) between June 2013 and December 2014. Dean served as the Director of Operations at A. O. Smith from January 2009 to April 2013. Prior to that, they were the Plant Manager at Intertec Systems between 2005 and 2008.

Dean Varley completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo. Dean attended the university from 1988 to 1993.
