Julian Gross has held various roles throughout their work experience. Julian began their career as an Assistant Director of Alumni Affairs at the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. Julian then worked as a Senior Associate at Digitas before becoming an Account Executive at Arnold Worldwide and later an Account Supervisor at Mullen. At CIGNA, they served as an Integrated Marketing Director and later as a Product Manager, where they led the development and launch of digital consumer financial tools. Moving on to UnitedHealthcare, Julian worked as a Marketing Director, responsible for developing the national accounts marketing strategy. Julian then joined Aetna, where they held several positions including Head of Joint Venture Product and Performance, Senior Director of Joint Venture Business Development, and Director of Product Development. At Evolent Health, Julian served as the Vice President of Evolent Health Services. Prior to their current role at Quantum Health as the Principal of New Market Solutions, they were a Staff VP of Payment Innovation at Anthem, Inc.

Julian Gross earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology from the University of Rochester in the years 1992-1996. Julian then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Connecticut School of Business from 2011-2013. In addition, they have obtained certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance in September 2014, and Pragmatic Marketing Level IV Certified from Pragmatic Marketing in 2014.
