John Sullivan is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in various technical and creative roles. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Customer Success Engineering at Quantum Metric since May 2021, John has a rich background in customer success and engineering, having progressed through multiple roles at the company. Previously, John worked at Colliers International as a Software Engineer and Senior Business System Analyst, where contributions included driving innovations in business intelligence and developing GIS visualizations. Additional experience encompasses project management and implementation at Axxerion USA, customer service management at Microsoft, and audio engineering education at the Intel Computer Clubhouse. As a photographer and videographer, John also runs Johnography Studios, showcasing a commitment to visual arts.
