Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Talent Development & GTM Enablement at Quantum Metric, Maria has successfully designed and implemented talent management strategies at various organizations including HireRight, KATERRA, and Televerde. As the Owner of Mindful Leaders LLC, Maria has coached over 200 business professionals globally, including C-suite executives.
