Matthew Devore

Matthew DeVore is an experienced payroll and accounting professional with a diverse background in various financial roles. Currently serving as a Payroll Specialist at Quantum Residential since February 2018, Matthew previously worked as a Union Representative at OPEIU Local 11, managing multiple bargaining contracts and assisting with grievances from March 2015 to January 2018. Prior experience includes a position as Accounting Technician II - Payroll at Vancouver Housing Authority from September 2002 to March 2015, where responsibilities included managing payroll for over 100 employees and budget maintenance. Matthew began a career in bookkeeping at C.Durham Construction Inc. from 1997 to 2002, overseeing comprehensive accounting tasks and project management duties. Matthew holds a Certificate in Business Information Processing from Trend College and has pursued education at Clackamas Community College.
