Garrett Oetken

Garrett Oetken is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Opentensor Foundation and as the Co-founder and Chief of Research and Development at Quantum Star Technologies. Previously, Garrett worked as a Lead Software Engineer at Safeguard Equipment and held roles as a Software Developer and Computer Graphic Generalist. Garrett holds an Associate's degree in Computer Science from North Idaho College.
