Benoit Faure

Benoit Faure is a Senior Customer Technical Support Engineer at Quantum since 2013, specializing in support for video and unstructured data product solutions, including StorNext and NAS appliances. With extensive experience in customer technical support, Benoit previously held roles at ASG and Atempo, providing technical leadership and support for backup products across European clients. Prior to this, work was conducted as a Technical Support Engineer at StorageTek/Sun Microsystems, and as an R&D Software Engineer and Software Development Engineer at StorageTek, SII, and CR2A-DI.
