Michael Morsch

Michael Morsch has worked in various roles since 2000. Michael began their career as a Sales Manager and Sales Consultant for T-Systems Enterprise Services GmbH, formerly devision: debis Systemhaus GmbH. From 2004 to 2012, they were CFO and Managing Director (Shareholder) at crossgate AG, a business-network provider for universal data exchange and cross automation between companies. Michael was then acquired by SAP AG in 2011. In 2012, they became CFO and Managing Director (Shareholder) at MASTERPAYMENT part of NET1 Group (NASDAQ: UEPS), a company that combines the core capabilities of an acquirer with those of a payment service provider and the preliminary financing opportunities of a bank. Most recently, they have been CFO and Managing Director (Shareholder) at Quantumrock, an AI-driven investment technology company, since 2018.

Michael Morsch obtained a Diplom-Kaufmann degree in Business Administration from The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg between 1996 and 2000. Michael also holds a Diplom Kaufmann (Univ.) certification.
