Jay Underwood

Jay Underwood has had a diverse and extensive work experience. Jay started their career at Infinera in 2003, where they held various roles including Product Planning, Sales Operations Manager, Systems Engineer, and eventually Sales Director for the Nordics & Benelux region. In 2013, they joined QuantumScape as the Vice President of Sales.

Jay Underwood completed a Master of Science degree in Computer Science at the Georgia Institute of Technology from 2018 to 2021. Prior to that, they pursued an MS degree in Music Technology at the University of Limerick from 2005 to 2006. Furthermore, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from William & Mary between 2001 and 2003. Jay also had a brief educational stint at the Georgia Institute of Technology from 2000 to 2001, although the specific degree and field of study are not specified.
