Roland Rombawa

Roland Rombawa has extensive work experience in various technician and quality control roles. From 1986 to 1995, they worked as a Production Supervisor and Quality Control at Dyna Micro Inc. In this role, they supervised and trained staff, scheduled personnel and computer product shipments, and conducted quality inspections. From 1995 to 2003, they worked at Veeco Metrology Group (formerly known as TM Microscopes Inc.) as a Test Technician Lead and Quality Control. Roland was responsible for quality inspection and testing of mechanical and optical components, as well as calibrating scanners and scheduling product shipments. From 2003 to 2009, they worked at Pacific Nanotechnology (purchased by Agilent) as a Senior Test Technician and Quality Control, where they inspected and tested mechanical and optical components and calibrated scanners. From 2010 to 2011, they worked at Curexo Inc. (presently known as Think Surgical) as a Test Technician and QA Specialist, where they tested software functionality with medical hardware devices and inspected incoming parts. From 2011 to 2022, they continued working at Think Surgical (formerly known as Curexo Inc.) as a Senior Technician and Quality Control, performing production assembly operations on electronic and mechanical components. Roland currently holds the position of an Electrical R&D Technician Engineer at QuantumScape since 2022.

From 1987 to 1990, Roland Rombawa attended Mission College in CA, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Electronics Technology.
