Rubens Roberto Ingraci Neto has a diverse work experience, starting from their current position as a Senior Ceramic Scientist at QuantumScape, where they focus on ceramic development and manufacturing, as well as solid-state battery manufacturing. Prior to this, they worked as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at Los Alamos National Laboratory, where they developed a new method for sintering nuclear fuels and worked on the development of new manufacturing methods for high uranium density and accident-tolerant fuels. Before that, they also served as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of Colorado Boulder, where they made significant advancements in carbon fiber manufacturing, integrated a flash sintering system for in-situ analysis, and redesigned a hot press for sinter-forging of ceramics. Rubens also worked as an Associate Professor at UNISAGRADO, mentoring students in research projects and teaching various courses related to heat and mass transfer, fluid mechanics, materials mechanics, and structural analysis. Additionally, they briefly served as an Assistant Professor at Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho and interned at AB InBev.
Rubens Roberto Ingraci Neto began their education in 2007 at Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering. Rubens Roberto completed their undergraduate studies in 2011.
In 2012, Rubens proceeded to further their education at the same university, enrolling in a Master of Engineering program in Mechanical Engineering. Rubens Roberto successfully completed this degree in 2014.
Following their master's degree, Rubens continued their academic journey at Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho and pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Mechanical Engineering. Rubens Roberto dedicated himself to their research and completed their doctorate in 2018.
In addition to their formal education, Rubens has also obtained several certifications to enhance their knowledge and skills. These include completing a workshop on new advanced manufacturing technologies, as well as certifications in differential-algebraic equation (DAE) and sensor, signals, and algorithms, all received from UNESP (Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho).
Overall, Rubens Roberto Ingraci Neto has demonstrated a commitment to their education and professional development, focusing on the field of Mechanical Engineering.
