Suchit Chikte

Suchit Chikte is a Principal Member of Technical Staff at QuantumScape since 2022, bringing extensive experience in technical program management and engineering from previous roles at Zume Inc., Tesla, Ford Motor Company, and Follett Higher Education. At Zume Inc., Suchit Chikte led the automation of compostable packaging facilities and designed advanced Molded fiber production equipment. While at Tesla, significant contributions included the design and launch of critical assembly lines for Model 3 and Model X vehicles, alongside developing high-precision heat treat racks and managing complex manufacturing processes. Earlier experience as a Project Engineer at Ford focused on optimizing assembly line operations. Suchit Chikte holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and has completed additional programs in AI and self-driving cars from MIT and Udacity.
