Cathy is currently working as an Executive Leadership Coach at Quantuvos - The Professional Development Community with Coaching at its Core. Prior to this, they served as a Faculty and Affiliate at the Institute for Experiential Learning.

Cathy's early career involved working as the Director of Personnel and Office Administration at Rissman, Barrett, Hurt, Donahue & McLain, P.A. Here, they oversaw personnel functions and office administration.
