Brian Ross

Brian Ross is an experienced professional in grants management and community planning, currently serving as Grants Manager for Quapaw Nation since April 2021. Prior to this role, Brian worked as a Grant Writer for Quapaw Tribe of Oklahoma from April 2017 to April 2021 and held the position of Community Planning Manager at the Harry S Truman Coordinating Council from October 2008 to March 2017, where responsibilities included developing and managing various projects aimed at enhancing local government and regional initiatives. Additionally, Brian served as a Community Development Specialist for the City of Joplin from November 2004 to December 2008, focusing on CDBG Program Management, community development, and zoning review. Brian holds a BS in Community & Regional Planning from Missouri State University and a BS in CAD/CADD Drafting and Design Technology from Missouri Southern State University.
