Ana Vazquez

Ana Vazquez has extensive experience in talent development, currently serving as an Analista de Desarrollo de Talento at Quarksoft since July 2017. Responsibilities include organizational development, updating and creating job descriptions for both technology and administrative positions, collaborating on job evaluations, and managing performance assessments. Additionally, duties involve overseeing personnel administration processes such as hiring, contract renewals, and exit interview analyses. Previously, Ana gained experience in social service at Telecomunicaciones de Mexico from June to December 2016. Ana holds a degree from Universidad Tecnológica de México, obtained between 2012 and 2017.
