Kim Focht

Kim Focht has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources. Kim began their career in 1993 as an Account Coordinator at High Employee Services, Ltd. In 1998, they moved to Conestoga Wood Specialties as Human Resources Manager. In 2003, they were hired as Director of Human Resources at Tel Hai Retirement Community. In 2011, they were promoted to VP Human Resources at Cooper-Booth Wholesale Company. In 2014, they moved to Excentia, PA as Director of Human Resources. In 2015, they were promoted to Vice President of Human Resources at Pleasant View Retirement Community. Most recently, in 2019, they were hired as Human Resources Director at Quarryville Presbyterian Home.

Kim Focht completed a Master Certificate in Human Resources from Villanova University between 2009 and 2010. Additionally, they obtained an Associates Degree in Education with a focus on Elementary Education from HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College between 1989 and 1992.
