Robert B. Hayward, Jr.

Mr. Hayward is the President and CEO of Quarryville Presbyterian Retirement Community. A graduate of Lafayette College, Mr. Hayward began his career in banking focusing primarily on credit, financial transactions, corporate lending, mergers, and acquisitions. He also founded Hayward and Associates, a company formed to assist small to mid-size businesses with CFO support. He has been a board member since 1993 and President since 2004. Since becoming President, Mr. Hayward has received his Certification for Aging Services Professionals (CASP). He is a ruling elder at Westminster Presbyterian Church in Lancaster, PA. Mr. Hayward enjoys golf, tennis, squash, and Adirondack boating and hiking with his family.
