David Marshall

David Marshall is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Quartech. David has over 28 years of experience in the IT industry, starting as a programmer and eventually becoming a manager and director in IT departments.

Marshall began their career in 1986 as a programmer for System House Inc., developing software for the oil patch. David later moved to WorkSafeBC, where they became the director of the IT department. In 1998, they left WorkSafeBC to start Quartech.

Quartech is a leading provider of IT solutions, specializing in custom software development, systems integration, and technical support. The company has offices in Vancouver, Calgary, and Toronto.

David Marshall has a Bachelor's Degree in Management and System Science from Simon Fraser University.
